Mix all ingredients together and grill or broil. The actual recipe calls for 2 pounds of lamb but I use 1 pound with the spices and it is just perfect. You might cut down a little on the bread crumbs if you don't care for them. Serve with curried rice and mint jelly or even better, black currant sauce made by thinning Black Currant Jam.
