Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds carrots cooked
- 1/4 cup water from cooking carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3-4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 cup cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together except the toppings . Put in a 13 x 9 " pan. Mix the bread crumbs, butter and paprika together and put on top of the carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
